Mint of Finland response to COVID-19

COVID-19 pandemic is a source of great concern and uncertainty for people. At Mint of Finland, we are prepared to do everything we can to ensure the wellbeing, health and safety of our customers, our staff, our other stakeholders and their families. We serve our customers as usual through digital connections. Mint of Finland in co-operation with its supplier network will do it´s best to ensure the availability of the materials even in this challenging situation.

We are doing our best to serve our customers and other stakeholders normally despite the coronavirus pandemic. However, we have paid attention to the situation as follows:

  • We are ready to work with you remotely. We serve our customers and other stakeholders as usual through digital communications via email, chat and telephone, Teams or other video connection.
  • We have postponed all our visits and at the moment we do not accept visitors in our offices.
  • We have increased teleworking. Our sales staff works remotely and it’s easy to get in touch with your familiar salesperson.
  • We are closely monitoring the situation and following the latest guidelines issued by the authorities.

We strive to safeguard logistics and supply management in order to run operations effectively and we will contact our customers and other stakeholders if changes occur in the coming weeks if the pandemic continues to spread and if more restrictions are imposed. Despite the challenging situation, we want to encourage our clients to promote their circulation coin and blank projects in their organizations. We continue to serve all our stakeholders through digital communications via email, chat and telephone.
